Are the lights going to be on this year? avada_sempra told me last year that 2008 was going to be the last year of lights due to no-one stepping forward to take over the funding.

The lights have been on the past few nights (I first saw them on Tuesday). They don't seem as well-separated as in previous years, but that might just be the angle I'm seeing them at.
