Every morning....

...I will get out of bed.
...I will eat breakfast.
...I will go through all messages and contacts, and make a to-do list.
...I will prioritize the to-do list.
...I will shower and get dressed.
...I will work through the to-do list, logging every call and contact.
...I will get out of the house.

I will do this every workday.
