I'm sensing a pattern:

In 1999, a dealer out-negotiated me on a car, so I learned a bunch about negotiation, and now occasionally help friends get better deals on cars by aggressively bargaining with car dealers.

In 2003, our wedding photographer was absolutely horrible, and so I teamed up with a friend and started a wedding photography business so that people wouldn't have the same experience I did.

Just now, in 2016, Comcast raised my rates, and so I'm researching the laws (specifically the Massachusetts Open Wiring Statutes) around getting more Cable TV competition in the condo building.

Right now, I'm going with "constructive vengeance."

Our condo association is investigating put a repeater on the roof from NetBlazr to get internet access and dump Comcast. See if they can help you.

Alas, tried this for two different wireless carriers and due to our area - lacked line of sight. We could have put up a mast, but the we'd have run afoul of Cambridge ordinances -there-. Spent a while actually pondering just paying to run a fiber directly to my house and then selling my own service to the neighborhood... but I just don't have that kind of energy anymore. :)

Right now, trying to help move some of the P2P services 'closer' to our area, hoping that line of sight will open up. In the meantime, I give Comcast hell any chance I get. F*ckers.
