Observation: Our current president is a Mercantilist, not a Republican. I have a feeling that the Republicans in Congress are beginning to figure this one out.

We live in a capitalist society, not a democracy. It's not one person one vote, it's one dollar one vote. I don't know if that's anything close to what you want to say, but that's how I think of society, anyway.
